Terms of use

These terms apply to the El Agente scientific workspace. By using it, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy. Questions can be sent to luis@mail.elagente.ca.

Your account

Use an account you are authorized to access and protect your sign-in credentials and platform API keys. You are responsible for requests made using your account or keys. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit. Submit only material you have permission to use and to share with the services involved in fulfilling your requests. You authorize El Agente to process and store that material to provide the workspace, agent responses, calculations, and reports you request, as described in the privacy policy.

Scientific results

AI responses and computational results can contain errors or incomplete assumptions. Review inputs, methods, units, and results before relying on them. The service supports research work and does not guarantee the correctness or suitability of a particular result.

Use of the service

Do not attempt to access another user's data, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. We may restrict access to address misuse, security incidents, or operational problems. Features and availability may change as the service develops.

Credits and purchases

Creating an account or signing in does not start a paid subscription. Agent requests use model-token credits; usage is recorded for your account. Any available paid offer, price, billing interval, and purchase conditions must be shown before checkout. Purchases require a separate checkout action.

Contact luis@mail.elagente.ca about your account or these terms. Changes to these terms will be published here with an updated effective date. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
